About This Project
This project consisted of the refurbishment and reconstruction of a busy Public Realm area in Royton, Oldham. Our works included paving, bitmac and resin bound surfacing, road layout alterations, installation of lighting, planting and turfing works. We liaised with local businesses to minimise disruption to their delivery schedules and ensured users of the adjacent car park were made aware of alternative parking arrangements. Access to the Health Centre was maintained for the duration of the works.

The project was undertaken on a novated design and build contract with Blue Sky Architects who developed the original design plans with the client before responsibility was handed over to ourselves. We continued to work closely with the Architects to ensure the Client’s requirements were delivered to their complete satisfaction.
